Introduction to Board of Directors
Non-Independent Directors	Ning Zhongpei
	Male, born in Nov. 1964, master degree, senior engineer, member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He has served as vice director of Production Technology Department, vice director of Ammonia Plant, vice director of Production Department of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., general manager (GM) of Sichuan Lutianhua Hongxu Engineering & Construction Company, GM of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., Chairman of Ningxia Hening Chemical Co., Ltd.. He is currently Chairman of Board of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. and GM of Lutianhua Group Incorporated.
	Zhao Yongqing
	Male, born in Nov. 1965, master degree, member of CPC. He has served as vice director of Production Planning Department, general manager assistant of Sichuan Tianhua Co., Ltd., DGM of Jiuhe Agricultural Materials Co., Ltd., administrative vice general manager of Jiuhe Co., Ltd. He is currently GM and Chairman of Board of Jiuhe Co., Ltd., GM of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd.
	Liu Yong
	Male, born in Sep. 1966, master degree, member of CPC. He has served as vice director and director of No. 2 Urea Plant of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., vice chief engineer of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., DGM of Ningxia Hening Chemical Co., Ltd.. He is currently GM of Ningxia Hening Chemical Co., Ltd. and VPt of Ningxia Petroleum & Chemical Industry Association.
Independent Directors	Nie Changhai
	Male, born in Sep. 1950, master degree, chief economist, member of CPC. He has served as director of board and DGM of Lutianhua Group Incorporated, director of board and board secretary of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., VP and president of Lutianhua Group Incorporated, director of board, deputy secretary of CPC Committee and Committee Secretary for Discipline Inspection of Sichuan Chemical Holding (Group) Incorporated. He retired in Oct. 2010 and currently doesn’t take any position in any company.
	Yang Yong
	Male, born in Dec. 1969, master degree, member of CPC, senior accountant, associate professor. He has once worked in Sichuan Finance and Economics Vocational College.

He has served as technician, vice director and director of Instrument Plant of Lutianhua, director and secretary of the Party Committee of Electric & Instrument Plant of Lutianhua, director of Design Institute of Lutianhua Group Incorporated, director of Design Institute of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., DGM and secretary of Party Committee of Sichuan Lutianhua Luyuanchun Industrial Corp. He is currently the Union President, vice secretary of Party Committee and Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd.
Supervisors	Dai Jin
	Female, born in May 1970, bachelor degree, member of CPC. She has served as technician of Labor Service Company, director of Production Technology Department and vice office director of Lutianhua, secretary, vice director and director of Labor Union Office, vice secretary and secretary of Party Committee of Labor Union, director of Woman Labor Committee of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. She is currently vice chairwomen of Labor Union of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection and chairwoman of Labor Union of Sichuan Lutianhua Luyuanchun Industrial Corp.
	Fu Licai
	Male, born in Aug. 1970, bachelor degree, engineer, member of CPC. He has served as deputy director of Central Dispatching Office, director of No. 1 Urea Plant, director of No. 2 Urea Plant, director of Party Affairs Office, director of Organization Department, director of Propaganda Department, Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection and director of Party Committee Office, director of Administrative Office and director of General Manager’s Office of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. He is currently director of Comprehensive Management Department of Lutianhua Group Inc.

He has served as vice director and director of No. 2 Uren Plant, vice director and director of Production Department, chief director of Central Dispatching Office and General Manager’s Assistant of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., GM of Sichuan Lutianhua Luyuanchun Industrial Corp. He is currently DGM of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd.
Zhou Xijiang (DGM)	Male, born in Oct. 1965, bachelor degree, engineer, member of CPC. He has served as deputy director, director and secretary of Party Committee of Central Dispatching Office, General Manager’s Assistant of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., GM of Sichuan Lutianhua Luyuanchun Industrial Corp. He is currently DGM of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., chairman of board of Sichuan Lutianhua Luyuanchun Industrial Corp.
Chen Zhanqing (DGM)	Male, born in Nov. 1965, bachelor degree, senior engineer, member of CPC. He has served as technician, assistant director, vice director of 404 Concentrated Nitric Acid Plant, vice director of Production Department of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. He is currently DGM of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd.
Wang Bing (CFO)	Male, born in Feb. 1979, bachelor degree, member of CPC. He has served as leader of Comprehensive Management Group of Financial Department, vice director and director of Financial Department of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. He is currently chief financial officer and securities affairs representative of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., CFO of Ningxia Hening Chemical Co., Ltd.
