Introduction to Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd.

The predecessor of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. is Sichuan Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Plant founded in 1959, which is the first enterprise in China who adopted Western technology to produce ammonia and urea with natural gas as raw material. Solely sponsored by Lutianhua Group Incorporated with its ammonia and urea production assets as invested capital, Sichuan Lutianhua Co. Ltd. was established in 1999 under approval of Sichuan Provincial Government and was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Code: 000912) on June 3 , 1999.

Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. holds controlling interest of Jiuhe Company Limited, Ningxia Hening Chemical Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Lutianhua Green Energy Methanol Corporation. It owns a state level technical center, a Post-Doctoral Research Center and a Class B chemical engineering design institute. It has a production capacity of 1,000,000 MTPA of ammonia, 1,580,000 MTPA of urea, 750,000 MTPA of methanol, 110,000 MTPA of DME, 50,000 MTPA of oleochemical products, 100,000 MTPA of concentrated nitric acid, 180,000 MTPA of dilute nitric acid, 230,000 MTPA of ammonium nitrate and nitro-compound fertilizer, and 100,000 MTPA of Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). It is a large scale comprehensive enterprise with diversified business in production, sales, scientific research, design, fabrication, construction, installation and service. Its trade marks “Lutianhua” and “Gongnong” are identified as Chinese Well-known Trademarks.

 Introduction to Lutianhua Group Inc. 

Lutianhua Group Inc. is a large enterprise group which combines fertilizer production, production and sales of fine chemical engineering, research design, construction and installation and transportation at present. The headquarters is located in Jiangyang District, Luzhou City, Sichuan province. The total assets of the Group is 21 billion yuan.

The predecessor of Lutianhua Group Inc. was Sichuan Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Plant which has been called as the cradle of modern Chinese urea industry established in 1959. After several decades of development, Lutianhua Group Inc. has experienced numerous glory and pride, and also has gone through countless hardships and difficulties. It has made great contribution to the country's economic development. At the moment, because of national industrial adjustment and market change, Lutianhua Group Inc. is faced with many difficulties and great pressure. At the beginning of 2015, Sichuan provincial party committee and government formulated strategic decision-making of "Finding a solution respectively, horizontal and longitudinal development to find enterprise profit point" to Sichuan chemical industry. In August, the total assets of Lutianhua Group Inc. was transferred to the government of Luzhou city, and the company was reformed. The newly formed Lutianhua Group Inc. has the power of administration of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., Sichuan Tianhua Co., Ltd., Sichuan Coal Gasification Co., Ltd., Ningxia Hening Chemical Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Guxu Coalfield Development Co., Ltd. It has more than 40 filiales and subsidiaries, setting national-level technique center, large data center, marketing center and postdoctoral scientific research workstation. The on-the-job workers of the company are 11800, among them, various high-level professional and technical personnel account for 40%.

The comprehensive productive capacity is 1.3 million tons of synthetic ammonia, 2.1 million tons of urea, 750,000 tons of methanol, 85,000 tons of 1, 4-butanediol, 46,000 tons of PTMEG, 30,000 tons of melamine as well as dimethyl ether, grease, nitric acid, ammonium nitrate, Gamma-butyrolactone series, raw coal, coal gas and so on, in all, more than 20 varieties.
