Ningxia Hening Chemical Co., Ltd. owns the third large-scale chemical fertilizer plant in Ningxia Province with Its shares purchased by Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. It is the key project of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. to enter coal chemical industry through adjustment of raw material sources and strategic development objectives. It’s also one of the critical investment promotion projects of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Its business scope is production and sales of ammonia, urea, methanol, coal chemical and subsequent products.
