“Lutianhua”brand dinitrogen tetroxide is directly produced from liquid dinitrogen tetroxide in concentrated nitric acid production process after being condensed in condenser. The product is reddish brown liquid, with boiling point of 21.15℃, freezing point of -11.23℃ and density of (20℃) 1.446g/cm3.

Dinitrogen tetroxide has strong oxidizability and is often used as oxidant in component of rocket fuel. It can also be use as raw materials for production of nitric acid, anhydrous metal-salt and nitro ligand complex. It can be used as oxidant, nitration agent and acrylic ester polymerization inhibitor in organic chemistry. In the military industry, it can be used in making explosives.
