Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. is located in Naxi District, Luzhou City, on the banks of the Yangtze River and the Yongning River. Its predecessor was Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Plant, which was established in November 1959. It was the first enterprise in China to use Western technology to produce synthetic ammonia and urea from natural gas. It has created "six firsts" in the history of the development of the world chemical industry and China's chemical industry. It is hailed as the "cradle of modern urea industry" in China. On June 3, 1999, the company was listed on the A-share market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000912).
